「拆柱出咗問題　快啲走」　救命來電　奔出舊樓即倒塌

【本報訊】「樓下工人拆柱出咗問題，快啲走呀！」住在塌樓大廈 2樓的陳太，接到地產公司女職員的救命電話後，立即抱起歲半大的女兒奔落樓下，一名唱片店老闆一手將她們母女拖入舖內，「冧樓呀！」 5秒鐘後，整幢樓便在她背後完全倒下。此時她才想起其丈夫的繼父和當鳳姐的鄰居仍留在屋內，相信他們已被埋在瓦礫中慘死。　記者：劉漢權、文兆麟、何美婷

陳太是新移民， 20餘歲， 22歲丈夫是售貨員，當時正在上班，陳的母親和繼父亦住同一層另一套房。事發時，陳母不在家，繼父則放假休息。昨日中午 12時許，她與女兒自外返家，開門時發現房門開得不暢順，於是致電代租的地產公司車小姐投訴，車小姐答應稍後找人檢查。
就在塌樓前一刻，陳太突然收到車小姐來電：「樓下拆僭建啲工人拆柱出咗問題，快啲走呀！」嚇得她慌忙抱起女兒便走。陳太說，她在門口見到當鳳姐的鄰居問：「發生乜事呀？」但她因為太慌張沒有理會她便向樓下狂奔。

走到樓下時，隔鄰唱片店老闆突然一手捉住她拉入舖內，並大叫：「冧樓呀！」約 5秒鐘，便聽到轟然巨響，整幢樓在她背後塌下，碎石如雨般灑下，連頭髮都是灰塵。陳太感謝老闆救她一命，但突然想起，丈夫繼父和鳳姐鄰居仍在屋內，估計已葬身瓦礫。陳太說，現在想來都有點內疚。
至於住在 5樓的湯女士（ 50餘歲）和另一名男性鄰居（ 20餘歲），在今次塌樓事件中逃出生天，他們所住的 5樓後座雖沒有倒塌，但出入的梯間則已倒下，由於樓下各層的露台已塌下，令他們的露台變成懸在半空，兩人被困單位與露台之間，進退維谷，惟有報警求救，並大聲向地下的消防員呼叫，同時不斷豎起兩隻手指，示意他們兩人被困。
消防員發現無法由正門的樓梯上樓救人，於是改行後梯營救，豈料途中發覺堆滿磚頭阻住去路，消防員又繞道而行，終於到達被困事主單位外，豈料卻發現鐵閘鎖上，待消防員用電鋸剪開鐵閘時又發現後門被封上，消防員一度計劃鑿牆營救，但不成功而放棄。

消防員後門救人不遂，決定升起雲梯營救，消防員在雲梯上先叮囑他們在攀雲梯時一定要行動敏捷，「唔好停！」但其間湯女士疑受驚無法攀過雲梯，於是由其中一名消防員由雲梯攀過露台，並協助湯婦踏上椅子，小心翼翼攀過雲梯送回地面，她沒有受傷。幾分鐘後，雲梯再兩次升起，先後救回另一被困男子和留守露台的消防員。
湯女士獲救後猶有餘悸，「我出嚟見到冧剩咁少，我呱呱叫唔返得入屋，咪入返廚房坐喺廁所度，郁都唔敢郁，𠵱家我乜都冇，得一條身！」
另一獲救住客李太說，塌樓前她正在分租的板間房午睡，其間有人拍門大叫：「幢樓有裂痕，快啲走呀！」她於是立即拿起一袋衫，拖着 6歲女兒便走，並大叫其他鄰居逃生。李太和女兒沿樓梯落樓逃生，在走到地下時見到不少人雞飛狗走，情況混亂，不久整幢樓便倒下來，她事後大呼好彩。
