七旬漢遭黑人狂毆　老友奔 100米求助 警署報案竟被叫打 999

【本報訊】一句「你打三條九啦!」油麻地警署昨凌晨被指幾乎上演前年明愛醫院見死不救事件，年近七旬男子在眾坊街街頭遭一名非洲醉漢狂毆四分鐘，事主頭破血流重傷倒地；友人跑到 100米外警署報案室求救，他聲稱當值女警長聞言後竟說「咁你打三條九啦」，但警署另一男警長同時率同袍營救，用胡椒噴霧將醉漢制服拘捕。警方回應稱女警只想攪清楚是否已報警，以便作出調配。

險死在非洲醉漢拳腳下男子黃志成（ 69歲），居於油麻地區，事後由救護員送院搶救，情況嚴重；友人指，黃遇襲十分倒楣和無辜，幸好最後撿回性命；至於被捕外籍男子 Mohamuo（ 25歲），來自非洲索馬里，據知他來港尋求政治庇護。
昨凌晨 2時許，黃與姓蘇（ 62歲）及姓關（ 70歲）友人行經眾坊街近上海街，突遭一名醉醺醺赤膊非洲男子狂毆，黃被打倒地上頭破血流，非洲漢繼續衝前向他拳打腳踢，蘇及關勸阻無效恐黃遭活活打死，飛奔 100米外油麻地警署報案室求救。

蘇覆述在警署報案室遭遇十分勞氣，他聲稱：「我衝過差館（指油麻地警署)，呢個師姐（女警長）話，你咩事啊，我話嗰邊有個黑人打人呀，我話你哋快啲出嚟啊，（佢話）咁你打三條九啦；我話唔係嘛，咁近都要打三條九！」蘇指女警長說話令他極度不滿，質疑女警長見死不救。
此時，報案室另一名當值男警長即時率領該女警長及另一名男警跑出警署營救，當時非洲漢仍狂踢黃頭部，又踩其背，警員勸止不果，取出胡椒噴霧噴射才制服醉漢；至於黃則頭破血流及眼臉腫脹，血流披面，假牙飛脫，奄奄一息倒地不起，由救護員包紮送院。至於孔武有力的非洲醉漢當時仍不停反抗，需由兩名警員將他壓在地上反鎖雙手，戴上手銬，其間他仍「呀呀」怪叫，目露兇光，更吐白泡，又不斷說英文粗口；救護員恐防他掙扎，以白布反綁手腳送院。

警稱誤會　有血案必受理
對於報案人指警方見死不救，油尖警區副指揮官劉保祿強調，警方並非不受理有關案件，他指事發時有兩男女警長在報案室內當值，其間一名男子到警署表示友人被毆求助。劉保祿指，當時女警長只想搞清楚該男子曾否打過 999；他解釋：「咁問好正常，只係想知道當時有冇其他同事趕緊去現場，我哋可以作適當配合。」劉指當時男女警長隨即趕至現場及制服傷人非洲漢。
他強調並非不受理案件，懷疑報案男子與女警長言語間可能有誤會，他又強調若警署外發生血案，警員一定立即受理，不會着報案人再打九九九報案熱線。
