南韓滑雪撞欄　延誤送院 14歲皇仁生魂斷雪山

【本報訊】永安旅遊一個農曆新年韓國團日前發生致命滑雪意外，一名 14歲男團友在港人熱門南韓滑雪場 High 1滑雪時，疑失控撞向雪道安全防護欄，頭部重創，懷疑延誤送院失救致死。保險公司已派員到當地協助死者父母安排將遺體盡快運返本港。據了解，魂斷雪山的少年為皇仁書院高材生，本身也是一名游泳健將。

永安旅遊發言人昨日證實，前日（ 17日）一名 14歲男團友在南韓江原度假村的 High 1滑雪場滑雪時遇上意外身亡，旅行社接獲消息後即時通知駐韓國職員協助其同行旅遊的父母處理後事。遇難少年已購買旅遊保險，永安已通知了保險公司，提供緊急支援並向家屬發放身故恩恤，目前正安排少年遺體盡快運返香港。

同學在 facebook悼念
據了解，肇事少年為港島皇仁書院 3D班學生陳守博，校方昨未能聯絡其家人證實事件。有自稱是陳守博的小學同學昨日下午在 facebook設專版悼念陳，表示是間接從守博阿姨處聽到這宗噩耗。至昨晚有逾 250人加入悼念或留言，希望他安息，當中有陳在皇仁書院的同學和老師，不少人都留言表示難以置信。陳守博在油麻地天主教小學畢業，小五時曾在第 57屆學校朗誦節中文朗誦中奪得季軍，是校內優異生。他小六時在校外一個油尖旺「舊曲新詞」比賽中，與同學合作獲優異獎。

今次肇事旅行團為韓國五天團，每人團費約八千多元；一行 31名團友於本周二大年初三（ 16日）出發，入住江原道的江原度假村。翌日下午是旅行團自由活動時間，肇事少年自行往滑雪出事。
綜合韓國傳媒報道，事發於 17日下午約 4時，滑雪場巡邏站一名 22歲盧姓職員在中上級難度的「阿波羅」雪道巡邏時，聽到「砰」一聲，急趕至現場即發現陳守博頭破血流倒在雪地。盧通知其他職員將少年送往附近的醫院救治，惜返魂乏術。當地警方正調查事故原因，初步發現該斜面左方的安全防護欄有破損迹象，懷疑少年撞向欄柵造成慘劇。
滑雪場出事後一直未有通報當地政府，據當地傳媒報道指，滑雪場企圖隱瞞事件，延誤了一小時才將死者送院。
香港旅遊業議會總幹事董耀中表示，前晚接獲永安報告事故，由於近年不少港人報團到韓國滑雪，已提醒旅行社要注意團友安全及購買保險；團友也要因應自己的能力決定是否參與滑雪等危險活動。
腦科專科醫生黃震遐指出，相信今次該少年很大機會因衝擊力大，導致頭骨破裂，腦內大動脈撕裂，造成急性腦硬膜外血腫，「若唔能夠即時做手術放瘀血，可能在不足半小時內就會好快死亡，一般存活率都好低。」

滑雪保險條款較多曾到南韓滑雪的瑪麗醫院骨科專科醫生霍偉明表示，當地滑雪場的滑雪跑道較狹窄，而且當地氣溫不夠寒冷，部份滑雪場會混雜人造雪，影響雪地質素。
國際專業保險諮詢協會會長羅少雄表示，旅行社在出發前，可代旅客購買旅遊保險，但一般不保障滑雪、潛水及賽車等三類高危活動；即使旅行團行程包括滑雪，在滑雪前也會要求旅客自簽生死狀，確保即使出事，旅行社也不用負責。此外，部份高危活動旅遊保險套餐，保障範圍會包括滑雪，但保費較高，以一個到日韓七天團為例，隨時要上千元保費兼且條款苛刻，「例如要你上過啲基本訓練堂或者要有乜嘢裝備之類，否則出事都唔會賠償。」
